Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To maintain fairness and availability for all clients:

Cancellations

•  Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled without penalty.
•  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
•  Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

•  One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
•  Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
•  Clients who fail to appear at their appointment time will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future services.

Late Arrivals

•  Providers will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
•  Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund.

• Clients should consult with their primary care provider regarding any ongoing medical conditions.
• Certain medical conditions (including but not limited to kidney disease, heart conditions, pregnancy, or G6PD deficiency may disqualify a client from receiving certain treatments.
• Our providers reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed medically inappropriate.
